The British Retail Consortiums (BRC) Food Technical Standards

The British Retail Consortiums (BRC) Food Technical Standards are used to evaluate manufacturers of retail own brand food products. BRC is regarded as the benchmark for best practice in the food industry. The majority of UK, and many European and other Global retailers only consider business with suppliers who have gained certification to the appropriate BRC Global Standard. Kromco PTY (Ltd) was first audited against the BRC Global Standard in 2005 and has since then achieved a Higher Level certification.
