We have a proven track record of compliance to the GlobalGAP standard for all our producers. Producers have held GlobalGAP accreditations for at least ten years, making the standard a part of their day to day operations. Ethical and environmentally sustainable practices are ensured by complying to the standards of the Sustainability Initiative of South Africa (SIZA).
Our facilities have a AA+ rating with the BRC Global Standards board, which guarantees standardization of quality, safety and operational criteria. The BRC standard is a fundamental requirement for most leading retails, providing protection and peace of mind to the end consumer. Kromco’s operations also comply to the SIZA standards for ethical and sustainable trade. The health and safety of all our staff is of up most importance. We have been awarded a five star rating by NOSA for occupational safety, health and environmental management.
We have implemented a pro-active plant protection product residue management and monitoring program (PPP). This ensures that all produce are safe for consumption and comply to individual customer requirements.
